U.S. Department of Education Proposes Amendments to EDGAR Regulations

The Secretary of Education proposes to update the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) to align with other Department regulations and procedures, and to incorporate technical updates from the Office of Management and Budget, with a planned finalization in late 2026.
