EPA Proposes Approval of Kentucky's Limited Maintenance Plan for 1997 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by Kentucky, which includes a Limited Maintenance Plan for the Northern Kentucky Area to maintain 1997 8-hour ozone NAAQS through the end of the second 10-year maintenance period.
