The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invite public comments on a proposed revision to the Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor and Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
