No Inflation Adjustments for Civil Monetary Penalties in 2026

The Federal government has announced that it will not make inflation adjustments to civil monetary penalty amounts in 2026, as required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
