HUD to Establish Enterprise Voucher Management System (eVMS) for HCV Program

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a public notice to establish a Privacy Act system of records titled Enterprise Voucher Management System (eVMS) to manage funds for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. The system automates monthly Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) calculations using family-level data from the Information Management System/Public and Indian Housing Information Center (IMS/PIC).
