Air Plan Approval; Texas; Reasonably Available Control Technology in the Dallas-Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Serious Nonattainment Area. The revisions were submitted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on May 12, 2020, and May 13, 2020.
