Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone at Navy Pier in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Chicago Harbor, near Navy Pier, from December 4, 2010, to January 1, 2011, to ensure public safety during fireworks events, requiring vessels to obtain permission from the Captain of the Port, Sector Lake Michigan.
