Sikorsky Model S-61A, S-61L, and S-61N Helicopters to Receive Overload Protection Device

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued special conditions for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and its Model S-61A, S-61L, and S-61N helicopters, which will feature an overload protection device installed in the hoist, addressing safety concerns not covered by existing airworthiness standards.
