U.S. Coast Guard Releases Revised Maritime Security Directive for High-Risk Waters

The U.S. Coast Guard has released Maritime Security Directive 104-6 (Rev. 4), which provides additional counter-piracy guidance and measures for U.S. flagged vessels operating in high-risk waters, particularly around the Horn of Africa.
