Temporary Exemption Granted for Hannibal Railroad Drawbridge Operation

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily exempted the Hannibal Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River from its regular operation regulations to allow for the replacement of critical control components during the winter months, minimizing disruptions to navigation.
