US Department of Homeland Security Establishes Long-Term Investor Status for Northern Mariana Islands

The US Department of Homeland Security has finalized a rule to classify long-term investors in the Northern Mariana Islands as E-2 nonimmigrants, allowing them to live and work in the US for extended periods under the Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008.
