Coast Guard and EPA Announce Expiration of Temporary Oil Spill Response Rule

The Coast Guard and EPA have decided not to take further action on the temporary oil spill response rule, allowing it to expire as scheduled on December 31, 2010, following consideration of public comments and evidence.
