Air Plan Approval; Texas; Interstate Transport Requirements for the 2010 SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving Texas' State Implementation Plan to meet the interstate transport requirements of the 2010 SO2 NAAQS, also known as the 'good neighbor' provision of the Federal Clean Air Act. This approval satisfies the requirement for the state to prohibit air pollution contributing to nonattainment in other states.
