Eighth Coast Guard District Temporarily Waives Drawbridge Operation Regulation for Crescent Railroad Bridge at Rock Island, IL

The Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily relaxed regulations for the Crescent Railroad Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River at Rock Island, Illinois, to enable bridge maintenance during the winter months when river traffic is lower, allowing for advance notice of bridge openings.
