Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Columbia River

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone on the Columbia River near The Dalles Lock and Dam to protect workers and mariners while the Army Corps of Engineers performs repairs to the lock, which will be enforced by prohibiting all vessels from entering the construction area.
