Air Plan Approval; Arkansas; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for the Second Implementation Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Arkansas' State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, submitted on August 8, 2022, as satisfying the Clean Air Act (CAA) and Regional Haze Rule (RHR) requirements for visibility protection in Class I Federal areas during the program's second implementation period.
