BNSF Railway Company, Inc. to lease and operate Arkansas-Oklahoma Railroad, Inc. and assume interchange commitments

BNSF Railway Company, Inc. has entered into a lease and operation exemption agreement with Arkansas-Oklahoma Railroad, Inc., which includes taking over interchange commitments.
