MIAX Emerald Files Proposed Rule Change for New Open-Close Report

MIAX Emerald, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to introduce a new version of the open-close report, known as the One-Minute Interval Intra-Day Open-Close Report.
