HUD Extends Comment Period for Fair Market Rents and Corrects Errors

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has extended the public comment period for the FY 2026 Fair Market Rents and corrected errors in its FY26 notice, including the omission of the Urban Honolulu, HI Metropolitan Statistical Area from the list of areas with FMRs.
