Revised Non-foreign Overseas Per Diem Rates

The Defense Human Resources Activity has published Bulletin Number 329, which lists updated per diem rates for subsistence expenses while on official government travel to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. The FY 2025 lodging and meal rate review for Hawaii led to rate changes for multiple locations.
