Navajo Nation Revises State Primacy Program for Safe Drinking Water Act Compliance

The Navajo Nation has revised its approved State primacy program under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to align with the federal Public Notification Rule (PNR), which the EPA has determined meets the applicable SDWA program revision requirements.
