SEPTA Must Meet New Requirements to Ensure Safe Operation of Passenger Trains

The Federal Railroad Administration has issued an Emergency Order requiring SEPTA to take immediate action to prevent fires and thermal incidents on its Silverliner IV electric multiple-unit locomotives, in order to ensure public safety.
