EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing significant new use rules (SNURs) for certain chemical substances, requiring 90-day notifications before commencing significant new uses. The SNURs will initiate EPA's evaluation of the conditions of those uses.
