EPA Approves North Dakota Coal Combustion Residuals Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved North Dakota's partial Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), allowing the state to operate its own program in lieu of the federal one.
