EPA Proposes Approval of Synthetic Minor Permit Program in District of Columbia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) on behalf of the District of Columbia, enabling the creation of federally enforceable synthetic minor permit conditions for sources of criteria pollutants.
