DEA to Finalize Methamphetamine Production Prevention Act Rule for Electronic Logbook Systems

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is promulgating a rule to clarify the information entry and signature requirements for electronic logbook systems used in the retail sale of controlled substances, in compliance with the Methamphetamine Production Prevention Act of 2008, signed into law by the President in October 2008.
