EPA Proposes Approval of New York State Implementation Plan Revision for Athens Generating Plant

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan for the ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard, related to the Athens Generating Plant, a facility with three combined-cycle combustion turbines, to implement Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) emissions.
