Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Plan Submittals for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Connecticut's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions to address moderate area nonattainment requirements for the 2008 ozone standard. The approval corrects an error introduced in a 2022 final rule.
