U.S. Parole Commission Proposes Rule to Set Aside Convictions for Youth Offenders

The U.S. Parole Commission is proposing a rule change to allow for the set-aside of convictions for youth offenders who served jail time but not subsequent community supervision, and to clarify the process for issuing set-aside certificates for offenders who were previously on supervised release.
