EPA Conditionally Approves Mississippi's Air Plan for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has conditionally approved parts of Mississippi's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), which were submitted through the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on January 25, 2021, and supplemented on November 18, 2022.
