FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Safran Helicopter Engines

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive for all Safran Helicopter Engines, S.A. Model Arrius 2B2 engines, following the manufacturer's revision of the engine maintenance manual to introduce new and more restrictive tasks and limitations for certain life-limited parts.
