US Department of Justice Proposes Changes to Combat Contraband Cigarette Trafficking

The Department of Justice is proposing amendments to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives regulations to implement provisions of the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005, aimed at reducing contraband cigarette trafficking and smokeless tobacco sales.
