EPA Updates Materials Incorporated by Reference in Mississippi State Implementation Plan

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the materials incorporated by reference into the Mississippi State Implementation Plan (SIP), which have been previously submitted and approved by EPA, and also correcting a Code of Federal Regulations table.
