EPA Approves and Disapproves Colorado's Air Plan Revisions for Denver Metro/North Front Range Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved and disapproved parts of Colorado's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) in the Denver Metro/North Front Range nonattainment area. The EPA is also finalizing control technology SIP revisions and notifying the public of motor vehicle emissions budgets.
