EPA Lodges Consent Decrees for CERCLA Cleanup at Former Occidental Petroleum Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged consent decrees with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (Oxy) for the cleanup of a former petroleum storage facility in California, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
