EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey Air Quality Implementation Plan
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to New Jersey's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), covering ozone nonattainment and PM2.5/Regional Haze areas in the state.
