EPA Approves Tennessee Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved parts of Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, submitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), in response to a finding of substantial inadequacy and a 2015 SIP call, with the revision being supplemented on January 20, 2023.
