EPA Proposes Stipulated Settlement Agreement Over Endangered Species Act Claims

The US Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with the Center for Biological Diversity and other plaintiffs to resolve claims of non-compliance with the Endangered Species Act, with defendant-intervenors also joining the agreement.
