Louisiana Department of Natural Resources Requests Public Comment on Class VI Program Revision Application

The Louisiana Department of Natural Resources is seeking public comment on a revised application to include Class VI injection well primary enforcement responsibility under the State's Safe Drinking Water Act, following the passage of Act No. 378 into law on June 14, 2023.
