Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone Off Virginia Beach Oceanfront

The US Coast Guard has set up a 200-yard safety zone off the Virginia Beach oceanfront to prevent mariners from being harmed by spectator vessels anchoring near a concert, and to enforce the zone with authorized personnel.
