Coast Guard Withdraws Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Anchorage Grounds on Hudson River

The US Coast Guard is withdrawing an advance notice of proposed rulemaking for anchorage grounds on the Hudson River between Yonkers, NY and Kingston, NY, due to a lack of authority to establish new anchorages in the region, following a review of comments and the Elijah E. Cummings Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2020.
