Notice of Lodging of Settlement Agreement with NVIDIA Corporation

NVIDIA Corporation has agreed to settle a lawsuit with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and will pay a fine of $2.8 million. The settlement was lodged with the court on September 30, 2022.
