Montana Regulatory Program Reopening Public Comment Period

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is reopening the public comment period for Montana's proposed amendment to the Montana regulatory program due to revisions received on March 30, 2023. The revisions were required by a letter from OSMRE to Montana after reviewing the original proposed amendment submittal on July 28, 2021.
