ONRR Amends Regulations to Allow Electronic Provision of Records During Audits

The US Department of the Interior's Office of Natural Resources Revenues (ONRR) has amended its regulations to permit auditors to request electronic records from auditees during royalty reporting and payment audits, effective August 9, 2023.
