EPA Approves Connecticut's Limited Maintenance Plan for 2006 24-Hour PM2.5 Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Connecticut for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in New Haven and Fairfield Counties. The approval is based on a Limited Maintenance Plan (LMP) that meets transportation conformity requirements.
