Conforming Amendments to Commission Rules and Forms

The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting amendments to correct errors in various rules and forms, including those under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The changes also include updates to a rule related to the Paperwork Reduction Act.
