EPA Approves Air Plan Revision for Shelby County, Tennessee

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) on behalf of Shelby County Health Department (SCHD) Pollution Control Section, addressing excess emissions during startup, shutdown, and malfunction events in Shelby County and its municipalities.
