FMCSA Proposes Amendments to Property Broker Rules

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing changes to its property broker rules in response to petitions from the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) and the Small Business in Transportation Coalition (SBTC), aiming to increase transparency in brokered freight transactions.
