Air Plan Approval; Connecticut; Approval of State Implementation Plan Requirements for the 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Connecticut to address ozone nonattainment in the New York-Northern New Jersey-Long Island area, in compliance with the 2008 ozone standard.
