EPA Announces Draft Risk Evaluation for 1,3-Butadiene Under TSCA, Soliciting Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing a draft risk evaluation for 1,3-butadiene and seeking public input on the document, which was prepared under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA will hold virtual public meetings in February 2025 to review the draft and receive comments.
